June 2020 Open Application Period
The application period for the Homeownership Program of Person County Habitat for Humanity (PCHFH) will be open from Monday, June 1, 2020 at 9am until enough eligible applicants for our next building cycle have been identified. A printable copy of the application packet is posted below on this page. There are two copies of the application packet, including an English and a Spanish copy of the Application for the Habitat Homeownership Program, respectively. There are also Extra Sheets for a Co-Applicant posted below; please review guidance posted with the extra sheets if your application will include both an applicant and co-applicant. Hard copies of the application packet are also available at the main office located at 110 Carver Drive, Roxboro, NC 27573 until the application period is closed. Applications will be considered in the order that they are received.
We will be practicing appropriate measures to protect staff, volunteers, applicants, and Yard Sale customers from COVID-19 during the application process in keeping with guidance from OSHA, the CDC, and local and state governments. You may pick up an application at the main office located through the front door and immediately to the left. You are encouraged to be oriented to the application either in person or over the phone by one of our Qualified Loan Originators (QLOs) listed below. When inside the building, you must wear a face covering, maintain six feet of distance from all other persons, and follow any other measures required for entering the building such as health screening.

Extra Sheets for a Co-Applicant
If there is a co-applicant filling out the application, these sheets need to be filled out, signed, and turned in separately by both the applicant and co-applicant: Privacy Statement and Notice, NCHFH Applicant Signature Authorization, E-Sign Act Disclosure and Agreement, and 4506-T Request for Transcript of Tax Return (unless applicant and co-applicant file jointly). These sheets are compiled in the document below so you can print them out separately from the rest of the application.
